Once Archon to Don Cerro and now Jaroslav Pascek, Theo Bell is a legend. Feared in both the Sabbat and the Camarilla for his expertise as a combatant and tactician, Theo is the definition of composed calm while focusing on the bigger picture. While he is a proud member of the Camarilla, Theo does not fall in line with the pomp and circumstance of the Ivory Tower simply because it is expected and vocalizes his displeasure at the high and mighty arrogance of most of the leadership. However whenever it is needed he is the first line of defense against enemies of the sect.
It is unknown whether or not Theo recalls the events of the Apocalypse.
After the trial of Evelynn Hastings; the Justicar Council has stripped her of her title of Prince, declaring Praxis for the minimum of one moon with a replacements of the entire Court of their choosing. Theo with the aid of various other archons have taken to trying to help the party as best as they can with the current happenings of the Justicar Council.
- Theo's canonical history in the World of Darkness (like many canon characters) has extremely triggering and racist origins on the part of White Wolf with direct reference and casual discussion of enslavement and the antebellum south. As such it is the hope of this storyteller to try and address his story with compassion as well as not add to any pain by his inclusion in our chronicle. In an effort to continue work towards being antiracist, we will not give a platform to the gratuitous suffering written by the original authors in regards to his past and will use the opportunity to learn and do better with the inclusion of the newer story and background elements given to him by new writers and the events of this chronicle.
