London born at the height of the Industrial Revolution, Tobias Wren was destined for the Brujah with his revolutionary soul. His mortal life is rarely spoken of and for the most part unknown save for his contemporaries and his sire. And unlike most Kindred, Tobias took to his new existence with absolute ease and both he and Jaroslav have often spoken on how vampiric existence has changed their position in life and society and the way power changed hands from their oppressors to them instead. Much like his broodmate Andi, all of the Pascek bloodline seem to have very similar moral compasses.
Tobias has always been a part of trying to see a better Britain and through what aid he could offer has helped try and change things as best as he can from the shadows. Most notably was his attempts to lessen the casualties and protect the protestors during the Brixton Riots against the abusive police force. It was after his efforts during the riots in 1985 to protect the Masquerade that Tobias was granted the position of Archon and has held it was honor since gaining significant status and respect amongst the Camarilla. It is Wren that is oft sent out when Masquerade breaches occur in the company of either Sweet Jenny or Danika Cavendish.
It is unknown whether or not Tobias recalls the events of the Apocalypse.
After the trial of Evelynn Hastings; the Justicar Council has stripped her of her title of Prince, declaring Praxis for the minimum of one moon with a replacements of the entire Court of their choosing. Tobias with the aid of various other archons have taken to trying to help the party as best as they can with the current happenings of the Justicar Council.
